Celebrating Labs and Rescue with Wine and Song
5th Annual Labapalooza
On Sunday, September 13, from 1-5pm at Mallow Run Winery in Bargersville, IN, Love of Labs, Indiana will host the 5th Annual family-friendly Labapalooza. This event will bring together dog lovers, LOLIN alumni, and lovers of wine and music to help celebrate the many lives saved in animal rescue. This is a NEW date for Labapalooza and we expect over 500 people in attendance.
How You Can Help:
We are in need of corporate sponsors, booth vendors, and items for our raffle / silent auction. In our efforts to raise funds for the organization, we would appreciate any donations you can give to help make our event a success. We are a 501(c)3 public non-profit charity and rely on donations to provide medical care (such as vaccinations, spay and neuter surgery, heartworm treatments, surgery, and medications) for the animals that we bring into our rescue program.
Donations received on or before August 28, 2015 will allow us to fully promote your contribution in our promotional materials. Donations received after August 28 will be acknowledged verbally the day of the event but will miss the print deadline for promotional materials.
We would like to recognize local small businesses and allow them the opportunity to participate in our event. In Lieu of the vendor booth fee we will accept a donation of equal value for the raffle/silent auction. Donations MUST be received by August 28 to be eligible for "in lieu of" vendor fees.
Approximately 42 vendors signed up to participate in the 2014 Labapalooza ranging from repeat vendors (Bark Raving Mad, HEART, and Aunt Jean Fun Food) to new vendors (CoCos Canine Cabana, Cleiaza Van Photography, TJ Graham Art, Yonique, Paws & Think and Jack's Dogs.). So if you have a business and would like to participate in the 2015, please contact us for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org
